Tonic: A Resiliency and Mind-Body Skills Series – 2/13-3/19

Tonic is a well-being series proven to reduce stress, increase self-esteem, and improve overall quality of life.

Participants learn a variety of mind-body practices designed to promote a sense of calm, joy, connection, and inner strength.

This FREE class is led by health professionals in the field of life coaching, health psychology, nursing, and more.

Participants will experience:

  • Clarifying breath techniques.
  • Mindfulness practices.
  • Expressive writing.
  • Guided imagery.
  • Mindful movement and meditation.

Who should attend?
The workshop is open to adults of all ages. We ask that attendees commit to attending all six classes in the series.
