Cherrywood Pointe of Minnetonka is pleased to offer our monthly Care Partner Education Series. This education series is an opportunity for care partners, especially caregivers of loved ones with memory loss, to get resources, tips, education and support. This month’s session is presented by Valerie J. Richards, MBA, Alzheimer’s Educator & Family Coach.
A variety of conditions, including cognitive impairment, can affect an individual’s ability to function and make decisions for themselves. Learn ways we all can prepare to fulfill personal wishes and live life to the fullest.
We’ll discuss the value of shared decision-making and facilitating choices with and for an impaired individual in different circumstances, including; financial and business transactions, medical discussions, care and treatment options, and lifestyle and living choices.
